This year White Ribbon Australia launches its ‘Australia, land of secrets’ campaign. Currently in Australia one woman a week is killed by a current or former partner. It’s shocking, but this is just one tragic part of the story. The ‘Australia, land of secrets’ campaign calls on men, women and the whole community to help uncover some of Australia’s secrets and help stop men’s violence against women. I'm a Champion Donation Appeal Determination won't stop our 400 Aussie champions getting to the inaugural Special Olympics Asia Pacific Games this December...but money might. We need to raise $1.4 million to get them there and we are only halfway there.   Fairy Tales for Hope is an arts based fundraiser that was set up last year by clever Melbourne illustrator Tonia Composto in honour of her friend's Sally and Simon Heppleston's stillborn daughter, Hope. Prints are still available for sale through the Stillbirth Foundation Australia, with all funds raised going directly to fund stillbirth research and awareness.  The unique fairy tale inspired prints were created in August last year, one for every day of the month of Hope's birthday.
