This Thursday 7 April is World Health Day, with a focus on diabetes.
The World Health Organisation is calling to 'beat diabetes'. We're supporting World Health Day 2016:diabetes with these messages:
If diabetes was a country, it would be the world's 3rd largest
More than half of type 2 diabetes cases could be prevented or delayed
Diabetes can be managed to prevent complications
What will you do to help raise awareness about this lifelong condition this World Health Day?
A healthy breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. Which is why we're hosting many healthy breakfasts for diabetes this World Health Day, all over New South Wales.
