OCTOBER is Breast Cancer Awareness Month - Support the McGrath Foundation

OCTOBER is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we wanted to share some thoughts on what this means for the McGrath Foundation, and you http://www.mcgrathfoundation.com.au

October can be a time to reflect on the impact of breast cancer in your community. Currently 42 people are diagnosed with breast cancer every single day in Australia.

You may know someone close to you who has experienced breast cancer, or may be currently undergoing treatment. This month is about supporting these families, celebrating their strength and showing them you care by wearing a touch of pink or donating to a supportive cause.

It can be a time to remember loved ones who may have passed from breast cancer, and reflect on the wonderful memories you shared with them.

Lastly, it’s a chance to focus on educating and empowering each other to be breast aware.

Here’s some other ways you can get involved this October.
