Fight on the Beaches was founded by a group of Northern Beaches women who have all lost someone they love to cancer, or have suffered cancer themselves. We decided to honour those we have lost by 'fighting back' and hosting a charity ball which will raise money for Cancer Cancer Australia. Cure Cancer Australia fund up and coming cancer researchers who are innovative in their approach to finding a cure for cancer. They have given close to $12.5 million to 460 Australian researchers since 1967 in their search for amazing cancer research breakthroughs.
