R U OK? is a not-for-profit organisation founded in 2009, with a vision of a world where we are all connected and protected from suicide. R U OK's mission is to encourage and equip everyone to regularly and meaningfully ask “are you ok?" and challenge all Aussies to be even better mates by starting life-changing conversations with anyone doing it tough.

Suicide prevention is an enormously complex and sensitive challenge globally. We also know that some of the world’s smartest people are working tirelessly and developing credible theories that suggest there is power in that simple questions - “Are you ok?”

So in honour of a very special man who had a remarkable effect on all he knew, The Adsy Effect was born.

The first Adsy Effect event is a formal sit down dinner, including entertainment, VIP speakers and an impressive range of prizes to be won.

This event will be in memory of Adam Howarth and the impact he left on the world; however the focus of the evening will be on importance of R U Ok’s mission of starting potentially lifesaving conversations.

Join us to spread the word, spread the love and start creating those conversations.
