Ride to support the Afghan Women's Cycling Team and the great work that Mountain2Mountain do breaking down gender barriers and helping women all around the world to choose to ride a bike.
The ride will depart form the Barn Door in the car park of Trak Cycles, Norwood and go to Henley Beach and back along Linear Park.
You can ride whatever kind of bike you like and you can ride as fast you like.
There will be delicious lunch options at Pave Cafe afterwards.
