Welcome to the 2014 Canberra Zombie Walk. Zombie walks have been spreading across the globe for several years, raising awareness and support for various charities, and the infection is spreading to Canberra once more.
The zombie walk involves participants dressing as zombies and the undead, who then limp, shuffle and walk through the city streets and mall. The walk is purely for fun and for those who enjoy dressing up, and those with a love of brains - we are seeking to raise as much awareness and funds for the Brain Foundation as possible.
The Canberra Zombie Walk is a FREE event for ALL AGES - so get the family together and bring your little monsters along for an afternoon of fun! However we ask that everyone brings a gold coin to donate seeing it is for a good cause after-all.
The dead will be rising and invading the streets of Canberra on Saturday 1 November, gathering at Regatta Point at 3pm for a 3.30pm start.
