A major fundraising event is planned for Friday 12th September 2014 from 12.00pm – 2.30pm, with a luncheon hosted by the Hon. Niall BLAIR, MLC at NSW Parliament House.

This event has already generated a lot of interest and will be attended by current and former sporting legends, political heads, and corporate benefactors. We would welcome your support to be involved in the luncheon through table sponsorship or attendance at the event.
The lunch will be held in the Strangers Dining Room at NSW Parliament House, the perfect venue for functions with panoramic views of the Domain through floor to ceiling glass windows. The luncheon will include a fabulous 2 course lunch prepared by the award winning Parliament House chefs, with all beer and wine included.
We will be providing an entertaining and inspiring presentation by our founder, John Maclean (OAM), who will provide insight into his extensive sporting achievements, including 2 Paralympics, for 2 disciplines, and a range of gruelling endurance events, including the Hawaiian Ironman, and the English Channel. After 25 years John literally took first steps on his journey to walk again, and leave the wheels behind. John's mission isn't just about achieving his dreams; it is about enabling others in wheelchairs to achieve their dreams, no matter how big and crazy they seem. John's ultimate challenge is for everyone to see beyond the wheelchair and to see only possibilities.
