Calling all country music fans who love a good party!
It's time to whip out your cowboy/cowgirl boots, dust off your hat and join us for an unforgettable afternoon celebrating a shared love of country music, social interactions and fun!

Join us, along with other brain injury survivors and their support person, for a Picnic in the Park in Kurrawa Park where we'll be enjoying some of the best that the Gold Coast Groundwater Country Music Festival has to offer. Whether you live with a brain injury or know someone who does, this event offers an inclusive opportunity for you to meet other members, as well as our supportive network of staff and volunteers.

The Groundwater Country Music Festival celebrates community and brings people together by their shared love of country music. Make new friends, share your stories and create memories that will last a lifetime.

  • Our events are designed to create a fun and friendly space where brain injury survivors and their acquaintances can connect and enjoy themselves. We aim to support people affected by brain injuries by bringing communities together and providing excellent networking opportunities. Whilst this is not a provider event, we encourage support providers and carers to attend with their clients.
  • Companion card tickets require validation. Please present a valid companion card to a TBIC representative upon arrival. Normal ticket prices may apply.
  • This is a community event in a public area, securing paid or free tickets assists with communication and operations of the event, and does not guarantee seating.
  • In the event of unfavourable weather, event updates will be posted on all TBIC socials and all ticket holders will be contacted to advise of any changes.
  • Securing your ticket to a TBIC event joins you to our mailing list for future communications regarding news and event notifications or updates. Unsubscribe options are available.
