Charity Auction for Ty

Welcome to the Charity Auction for Ty supported by Family of League! Join us at the Garden Hotel for a fun-filled evening for a great cause.

Tyron Brien is a mate to anyone who crosses his path. He is quickwitted, induisitive, hard working and has an endless supply of energy. In July 2024, Ty was diasgnoised with Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS).

GBS is a rare neurological disorder in which a persons immune system mistakenly attacked part of their peripheral nervous system. Ty is currently in ICU at The Mater, Brisbane where he is intubated, paralysed and heavily sedated. His fiance Isablee and their one year old daughter, Olivia are by his side. Ty will spend the next few months in ICU and the syndrome takes its course. When his body begins to repair, Ty will relearn to use his lungs and body.

It is a long road ahead but Ty is as determined as they come and has a massive tribe around him! Join us to raise some money to relieve some finiancal pressure off the family.
