Join Us for Cure EB's Largest Fundraising Event of the Year - Cotton Ball 2024!
Since its inception in 2013, the Cotton Ball has been a beacon of hope in the fight against Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). What began as a gathering of family and friends determined to combat this devastating disease has evolved into an bi-annual celebration of progress and unity.
Tilly Wilkes's diagnosis with EB shortly after birth was a stark awakening for her family, who, like many, had never heard of this horrific disease. The words "there is no cure" echoed in their minds, but they refused to accept defeat. Now, ten years later, we commemorate more than a decade of relentless advocacy and groundbreaking research at the 2024 Cotton Ball.
Hosted at Melbourne's iconic Forum by the esteemed Karl Stefanovic, this year's event promises to be the biggest and best yet. As we reflect on the advances made in the world of EB, we invite you to join us for an unforgettable evening of celebration and solidarity as we make strides toward a cure.
While we've made significant progress, the journey to a cure is far from over. All proceeds from ticket sales will directly support the Cure EB Foundation's ongoing research efforts, bringing us one step closer to finding a cure and improving the lives of those affected by EB.
Guests will indulge in a three-course meal, complemented by an array of beverages, and be entertained by live performances, a thrilling live auction, and the chance to win a brand-new car in our raffle.
Amidst the festivities, we urge you to join our fundraising campaign as we aim to raise an ambitious $250,000 on the night!!! and... if you can't attend in person - don't worry, we have you covered as there are plenty of opportunities to participate remotely initiatives prior to the event and remotely on the night itself.
