About ManUp

Founded in 2010 by Brian and Jill Costello, Man UP emerged from their own very personal struggle with Brian's prostate cancer diagnosis. Faced with a scarcity of relevant information and support, they recognized a crucial gap in prostate cancer education and awareness, particularly in very rural and remote communities.
