Join us at Oakover Estate in the Swan Valley on this sensational Saturday afternoon to raise money for youth mental health, donate sanitary items to Share the Dignity March Drive, and hear inspirational stories about overcoming mental health through nutrition, movement, and stepping beyond our limits.

Boxes to donate sanitary items in support of Share the Dignity March Drive (you can donate pads, tampons etc)

Amy Basnett - National Finalist for Australia Galaxy Pageant 2024. Overcoming spinal injury, anxiety and depression.
Michaela Taitt - Food, Fitness and Health Coach. Her journey battling weight fluctuations, constant dieting and anxiety to becoming a thriving food, fitness, and health coach and mother of three is truly inspiring.
