Int’l Women’s Day 2024 luncheon in aid of Red Rose Foundation

Linda Whitbourn of Be Happy Party trading as Dance with Linda is a coordinator of Flashmob Brisbane, Int’l Brisbane Folk Dance, Wynnum Manly Business Residents Community Group cordially invites you to a charity luncheon in aid of Red Rose Foundation supporting survivors of domestic and family violence.

The Red Rose Foundation Australia is a national, not for profit organisation, providing responses to victims of high risk, high harm domestic and family violence, including non-lethal strangulation. A victim of domestic violence who has experienced strangulation is 700% more likely to be killed. Strangulation also can result in long term health risks, including strokes. The work the Red Rose Foundation does in early intervention, prevention and awareness raising is critical.
