PRONIAs Foundation Against Family Violence : Cocktail Party Fundraiser - Has Ended

In our Australian-Greek community, we are most fortunate that PRONIA has been providing a support program to combat family violence including crisis intervention, counselling, judicial advocacy and financial support for over 35 years. However, as the phenomenon is still prevailing in our community, the need arose for an independent and more comprehensive program, thus the PRONIA Foundation against Family Violence was born.

“Safer Together” aims of promoting physical and emotional safety, healing from trauma, stability and nurturance for the family violence victims within our wider community. Through the Foundation, we can offer services on the ‘front line’ including crisis accommodation, financial support, immediate response service, counselling, legal services, and much more. In addition, the Foundation will provide awareness and education, prevention and support.
