2023 Dairy Farmers Ball - Has Ended

The Dairy Farmers Ball will be a night for the whole of the industry to get together, get dressed up and have an amazing night out celebrating how great dairy is. The driving force behind the event is the YDN, but make no mistake, this is not a YDN only event - it really is open to all involved in our industry and agriculture more broadly. So, block the date out on your calendar, arrange the babysitter if needed, and buy your ticket for the hottest event to happen in ag for years. Your band for the evening will be the highly acclaimed, Good Faces 4 Radio.

This is a charity fundraising event. We will be raising money for Let’s Talk – a charity with the goal of breaking down the stigma of mental health in Australia. There will be two main fundraising initiatives, a charity auction on the night and a very exciting raffle……….

We are happy to announce Lely Australia as our sponsor for the event, and it is Lely’s fantastic prize that we will be raffling off. The prize is a study tour to the Netherlands to visit Lely’s factory, its farm that showcases all the products and a tailormade tour of farms in the Netherlands (based on the particular interest of the winner). Lely will cover airfares, a week of accommodation (two nights in Amsterdam and five nights near Rotterdam) and some meals during the week of activities. The winner can then extend their stay in Europe at their own expense, with Lely being pretty flexible on when you use the return airline ticket.

We are keen for as many people as possible to be in with a chance to win this great prize. So, along with a single entry to the raffle included with your ticket, we will be offering raffle tickets for just $10 each, in the lead up to the Ball and on the night itself – you don’t have to attend the Ball to purchase a ticket, but of course we’d rather see you there too!

In keeping with the classy vibe we are going for, the Dairy Farmers Ball is a black tie event – it’s ok, we all have a bit of time to get into shape for that suit or dress!

Your ticket will include a drink on arrival, entry into the raffle, canapés and entertainment.
