The Maverick team are so glad that you have made it to this page! Welcome!
We are a project and event management class from the Australian Institute of Music, and this trimester, we have been given the opporunity to put on a fabulous event for a charity of our choice. We have chosen the charity, Canteen, and we're all so very excited to be invloved and to have you all involved as well. Maverick is an 18+ event being held at Tipple Bar in Surry Hills. It will be an evening of food, drinks and fun! Including acoustic performances by guest artists, Bootleg Rascal, Romi Sounds, Sam McMahon and Jessica Smallwood.
Maverick is all about raising money for Canteen, a local charity group who provides support for teens and their families who have suffered through cancer. You can get involved and support this well deserving cause by coming to our event and on the night, you can support Canteen even further by participating in the fun and funky activies that will be set up at Tipple! These include a henna tattoo artist and a hairbraider!!
So come and join us for great food, drink, and entertainment, and support a fantastic cause!

Food and Drink: Join us for dinner! Choose from a selection of fun burgers, tacos, fries and wedges! A specialty cocktail for the evening, 'The Maverick', this crazy concotion of deliciousness is still in it's creative stages, so stay tuned to be delighted, and of course, the usual fantastic choices of drinks that Tipple Bar has to offer.
