Bobby Barnes Charity Golf Day 2023 - Has Ended

We are back for our second year and aren't we excited?! With our first event raising a whopping $40,674, we are so proud of this effort. We are raising money again for The Heart Foundation in tribute to our beloved Husband and Dad, ‘Bobby Barnes’ who passed away suddenly in December 2021 due to unknown underlying Heart Disease.

We will be hosting ‘Bobby’s Charity Golf Day’ at East Maitland Golf Club on Friday, 24th November 2023, with a goal of raising $50,000 for The Heart Foundation. We are encouraging everyone to wear RED and GREEN ?❤️?❤️

⛳️ TICKET OPTIONS - Bobby’s Day Out - $100.00pp. Ticket includes breakfast, lunch and 18 rounds of golf, a beer cooler, a golf pencil and a golf ball and an entry into our lucky door prize. Breakfast starts at 07:00. 4 man ambrose teeing off at 08:00 sharp. Please note: golf carts are an additional charge and subject to availability. They must be booked directly through the Pro Shop at the Golf Club on 02 4933 7512.

Please note: If you wish to play in a team but are buying tickets separately, please email us the names of those in your team so we can ensure you are playing together.

Drinks will be available to purchase on the course and at the golf club. Raffles, silent auction and plenty of laughs to be had during the day. Presentation from The Heart Foundation where we will learn more about the signs and symptoms of cardiovascular disease.

SPONSOR A HOLE - with only 18 holes available, we are looking for businesses to sponsor a hole. Your business will have the opportunity to set up marketing collateral on your sponsored hole which can include banners, a presentation table and flyers. DONATIONS OF GOODS AND SERVICES - any donation would be greatly appreciated, including gift vouchers. We will be raffling and auctioning off goods, therefore any donation, big or small will assist us in reaching our goal. We will be drawing the raffle and conducting the auction via Facebook LIVE.
