Champions for Children Charity Luncheon - Has Ended

In February this year 2023 our 5 year old son was diagnosed with Leukaemia. Our world took an unexpected journey, taken down the path of caring for a very sick child attended to through the Prince of Whales Children's hospital who we are deeply grateful for. During our experience we stumbled across many hardships through acquiring accommodation, not within ourselves but more so the less fortunate families that live far away from the facilities needed. Hearing their stories and experiences we couldn't turn a blind eye to where help was needed whilst embarking on our own. Therefore we have created this event on the 1st of September to bring relief and comfort to those families in need. We have allied ourselves with connections at the Prince of Whales hospital to donate money to where is needed the most in bringing more comfort such as mattresses onsite and accommodation for the families that live far away unlike ourselves.
