Fred's Big Run is an awesome virtual challenge that's perfect for all fitness levels!
Simply choose your challenge distance (25km, 50km or 100km) and run or walk throughout August to help us restore sight to the needlessly blind.
It's a great way to begin or continue your fitness journey too!
There's really no better way to get fit and feel great than getting active this August and stepping up to the challenge.
