What if a night out could improve the lives of kids living with cancer?
Little Big Steps is a charity determined to improve the health and wellbeing of kids with cancer. Research shows that physical activity decreases the side effects of treatment and mitigates chronic conditions for long-term survivors. Through the use of interactive technology, our aim is to encourage kids to move by making 'exercise medicine' fun!
This spectacular evening promises a night of fun and festivities, with delicious 3 course dinner and beverages, increddible entertainment and a host of unmissable items up for grabs in our silent and live auctions!

Little Big Steps has been working closely with medical professionals at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Monash
Children’s Hospital and Sydney Children’s Hospital Randwick, determining the best interventions to use to
motivate these kids and truly make a difference to their lives.
Our 2018 events raised over $80,000 for Little Big Steps enabling the funding of the following:
A research project that aims to trial an innovative intervention for children during cancer treatment designed to
increase participation in physical activity. Outcomes of this project have the potential to improve the
supportive care provided in the oncology treatment setting, and ultimately, improve the quality of life of
children with cancer in the short and long term.
Exercise Physiologist for two days a week at Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick,
Provision of Fitbits to all children who are long term patients.
