This is a place for unpaid carers to come to unwind and connect for a few hours.
We have crafts for you to play with or you can bring your own crafts to do in peace.
Chat and connect.
The iDareU disability resource library will be there for you to collect any brochures that may appeal to you.
It is a beautiful space, with relaxing music .
