The Michael Tynan Memorial Challenge – Drive & Scooters - Has Ended

The MTMC is a 1-day Challenge event, endeavouring to walk, paddle and drive or scoot from Wollongong to Sydney to help raise much needed funds for the St George & Sutherland Medical Research Foundation and University of Wollongong medical research.

If you choose to do the amazing and fun drive challenge you will find yourself sharing the day with up to 100 people who want to have as much fun as you. Its a great way to get involved and give back to medical research.

We have all walks of cars and motorbikes taking part, and the popular Scooters Only Crew, led by Luke Lewis of Cronulla Sharks, will champion an all in Scooters hub for the first time in 2018. So if you own a scooter register your interest now!

You will drive from Wollongong to Sydney in support of Local Medical Research. You will embark on an activity filled adventure, visiting all of the top destinations and the best hidden gems that the Illawarra and Sutherland Shire has to offer.

We will be starting the Driving Challenge from UOW Innovation Campus. We will then visit various areas areas around the Illawarra and Sutherland Shire region before concluding at the Challenge celebration.

There will be prizes for winners and plenty of fundraising opportunities along the way. Places are limited, register your interest now. Registration is open to all ages but all those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
