An Exhibition showcasing the 50th Anniversary of the founding of Moorunde Wildlife Reserve.
The Natural History Society of South Australia founded Moorunde Wildlife Reserve 50 years ago.
A campaign supported by the Sunday Mail & Bank of Adelaide captured the imagination of Australians.
Come and learn about the achievements in wildlife conservation & landcare over the last 50 years.
Our members are on hand to provide information & help with enquiries.

Tea, coffee & biscuits (gold coin donation).
Wheelchair accessible (via the side ramp of the Community Centre).

Wombats SA began in 1960 as the Natural History Society of South Australia. We have been promoting and lobbying for the protection of the native flora and fauna of South Australia ever since we began. Our focus is on practical conservation and promoting the protection and preservation of our unique natural history by example.
