JDRF One Ride will take you on a journey through iconic cycling territory — South Australia’s Barossa Valley. This will be the last time the Ride will take place in this location, with 2019 seeing the event break ground in pastures new. Be part of a weekend where the love of cycling meets lasting camaraderie and the shared goal of achieving something great. Your ride will power type 1 diabetes research and help JDRF speed life-changing breakthroughs for Australians living with this disease.

Challenge yourself and advance your team by taking on one of our professionally-managed cycling routes: 35, 80, 120 or 160km. Bike mechanics on hand and massages at the finish line leave you to focus your energies on the legwork!
Our JDRF team will support you and provide motivation during your fundraising drive, and of course on the weekend itself, so you can reach your personal and cycling goals in the name of T1D research.
