Cruising 4 Cancer Fundraiser - Has Ended

This is an event that started in 2014 by a community member in Tamworth by the name of Justin Bradbury and raised much needed funds for cancer and the day was a huge success. Justin lost a family member to cancer thats what gave him this idea.

So because of that we are holding another cruise 4 cancer day to raise money for cancer. Somewhere in our lifes we have lost a loved one to cancer could of been a relative, brother, sister, mother, father or a best friend so this is an event where we come together to help fight cancer.

I hope to start the cruise from the Tamworth Regional Entertainment Centre (TBC) then make our way to a destination within the Tamworth area. More information will be updated on social media.

FAQs

Do I have to add my rego plate for the event?

Yes, It is a NSW requirement that all vehicles on the day are registered to drive on NSW roads if organisers check your vehicle is not registered the day of the event you will not be taking part on the cruise

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No, but organisers take no responsibility of your children.

What if its bad weather?

There is a lot that goes into planning for an event like this so this event will go ahead if its only minor rain. In case of an extreme weather condition it will be postponed to a later date.

What can I bring into the event?

Because the time of year for the event please bring sunscreen, hat and pack your swimmers and towel just in case :-).

What's the refund policy?

There is no refunds for this event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, You will be required to bring your ticket to the cruise to the organisers to receive a wristband for the day which allows you on the cruise and lunch. 

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

No.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No, We encourage that the people attending the cruise that the name on the ticket is the name of the person on the day.

Cruising 4 Cancer is a fun day for the family to help raise funds we have 0 tolerence at this event. Also we are not responsible of any damages to your vehicles or property on the day so please be careful and remember what the day is all about and that is raising money for cancer.
