You’ve found your four, started training and your fundraising journey has begun, so what’s next?
Knowing about the different challenges you’ll face during Oxfam Trailwalker Brisbane is one thing, but being armed with the knowledge of how to overcome these challenges will ensure your success on event weekend.
To give you all the facts, our national sponsor, Paddy Pallin, will host a range of preparation nights at their Fortitude Valley store in February and March. Each night will cover a specific topic and will be presented by a specialist in the field. Paddy Pallin staff will also be on hand to guide you through gear choice and help you take advantage of the 20% discount for all Oxfam Trailwalker participants.

Nutrition and Hydration
Learn how to stay energised and hydrated during your challenge! Advice on the best food, supplements and drink to take before, during and after training will be shared. As well as tips on how to work out the best approach for you.
This year, we’re starting each session at 5.30pm to allow you the chance to chat with Paddy Pallin staff about what’s available in-store before guest speakers begin presenting at 6pm sharp.
