Mapping Melbourne 2017 - Has Ended

Over 17 days and 14 venues the fifth edition of Mapping Melbourne running from Thursday 30 November to Sunday 17 December will create new perspectives, possibilities and expressions through a series of intercultural, multi-artform events in the heart of Melbourne.

Exhibiting and performing at some of our most iconic institutions and public spaces the festival profiles established and emerging visual, performance and musical artists from across Australia, China, Japan, India, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Sri Lanka. The series of mostly free events celebrates our unique Asian Australian identity and highlights positive global creative connections.

Mapping Melbourne will launch at the MPavilion on Thursday 30 November, 6.00-9.00pm with live performances, installations and interactions that will provide the audience a sneak peek into this year’s exciting program.
