The Big Pram Walk - Has Ended

The Big Pram Walk is a ‘no race’ family walk that raises awareness of perinatal depression and anxiety. There will be fun and activities for the whole family including toddlers sensory play, a mini carnival, market stalls, health and well being demonstrations and a range of food and beverage stalls.

The event is a fun- filled day celebrating the joys of parenting and a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space for parents and families struggling to cope with the challenges of early parenthood. In 2017 The Big Pram Walk will be raising funds and awareness for event partner, Gidget Foundation who promote emotional wellbeing for expectant and new parents.

At The Big Pram Walk we are focusing not just on the involvement of parents but also on our extended families; grandparents, aunties, uncles and friends. We believe that by including, educating and celebrating the support of our “extended village”, we will have a better chance of having healthy mums, dads and babies.
