Fundraiser For Emma - Has Ended
DO Details
You are invited to attend an afternoon tea fundraising event for my dear friend Emma.
All you need to do is, book a table, invite seven of your most fabulous, generous, earth warrior friends and enjoy an afternoon of raffle prize draws, yummy food and of course a Norwex demonstration!
The set up will be like one big Norwex party. When you book a table you become the 'Host'. The friends you invite along become your guests. Each host will receive the Norwex host gifting that will be based on the sales at your party (table). I am donating 100% of the profits from this event to Emma to assist with home modifications.
There will be afternoon tea provided for a gold coin donation.
Note: When you make a donation to book a table Eventbrite will add a fee for using their service. I have opted for the 'split the cost' option so please expect to see a small fee added to your donation amount. If you donate $10 or $20 for the table this will incur a a$1.49 fee. If you would like to make a larger donation I would encourage you to either bring it on the day or contact me and I will provide you with details on how to make an online payment because the larger the donation the higher the fee.
Let me share a little about Emma to help you to understand why this event is so important to me. I met Emma around 18 months ago, I remember her being a friendly, smiley chick with some great ideas and a passion for Norwex. I also remember she had a limp. Fast forward 18 months and you will find a family in crisis making serious plans to get a purpose built house so that Emma will be able to remain independant for as long as possible. My aim is to help to elleviate some of the financial burdon this beautiful lady is experiencing and in turn bring some hope into her world.
Please help me in this task.
Emma was diagnosed with FSHD Muscular Distrophy. Here is Emma's Norwex testimony: http://www.imakenews.com/norwexau/e_article002951981_13.cfm?x=bnqB01s,bspWPp87
