Trec for Rec is Gold Coast Recreation and Sport’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Over 200 Clients take part a 5km or 7.5km Trec around Owen Park. There are lots of activities for families and Clients to try on the day including Oz tag, cricket, AFL, touch rugby, Zumba and table tennis. Families and Friends are more than welcome to join the Trec for Rec and be a part of a fantastic family day.
