Step 1: Sign up
Sign up for FREE and commit to get fit this March! You will get your own personal For Fitness Sake page to tally your kilometres and track your fundraising and fitness progress throughout the challenge.
Step 2: Move yourself
From 1st to 10th March, move your body by walking, running, swimming, cycling or any other exercise of your choice! You can stick to the one activity or combine activities (e.g. walking and running) to achieve your 50km or 100km goal.
If you want to set yourself a target other than 50km or 100km, no problem! For Fitness Sake is open to people of all ages and abilities and we encourage you to set your own personal target when you register.
And remember, you do not have to exercise every day. You could move 10km every day, space it out over a few days or complete all of your KMs in one weekend!
Step 3: Track your progress
Keep track of your kilometres using a Fitbit, your smartphone (the MapMyFitness and Strava apps can be integrated with your profile), your preferred app or a pedometer. After each workout or at the end of each day, your current KMs tally will be updated on your For Fitness Sake account so you can monitor your progress throughout the challenge!
