It's evening cocktail party perfect with pearl jewellery and either pink, cream or black shoes and handbag. 

For a daytime Charity DO, I'd wear pearl or gold ewellery, cream pumps and handbag, and maybe a jacket. For a Racing DO I'd add a pink and cream hat, orange or black hat - with matching shoes and handbag. Nice!
