The Pyjama Foundation’s annual Long Road walk to help support and raise funds for children in foster care is again coming to the Gold Coast on Sunday 29 March. The 10km walk starts from Hollindale Park, Main Beach to the Spit and return.
The Pyjama Foundation is a charity that supports children in foster care through a learning program delivered by volunteers. To donate, visit www.thepyjamafoundation.com
"The Long Road is a very important event in our calendar and each year hundreds of people turn out to raise awareness, fundraise and contribute to the lives of over 39,000 children in care”, Ms Bronwyn Sheehan, founder of The Pyjama Foundation said. "It’s an opportunity for everyone in the community to have fun and benefit the lives of these disadvantaged children”.
