CareFlight Winter Wonderland Gala Ball
CareFlight's South West Gala Ball in Toowoomba is one of our premier social events and biggest annual fundraiser.
This prestigious event will include a Winter Wonderland themed ballroom, exquisite wines, premium entertainment, delicious food and of course a feel good atmosphere to celebrate the remarkable lifesaving work of RACQ CareFlight Rescue in the South West. The event is one of CareFlight's major fundraisers raising more than $140,000 in 2014. All proceeds going directly into ensuring CareFlight's community rescue helicopters remain in the air.
Invoices/ Receipts: Purchasers of online tickets receive a tax invoice and receipt via email. If you require an invoice prior to the transaction, please contact Sarah Delahunty on 0423 602 555. One invoice sent per table or group booking.
Booking policy: No changes to table booking will be accepted after 20 May 2015. No refunds will be issued unless under special circumstances. Contact the organiser for assistance.
