The 2015 Brisbane RAR Stomp for Support is proudly sponsored by RSL Queensland and aims to raise funds for Trojan's Trek once again.

The Stomp will begin at Enoggera Army Barracks and finish at Musgrave Park, West End, for snags and cold drinks. There will be water stations along the way and buses to transport participants back to Enoggera at the end of the event.

Event date: Saturday, 28th February 2015
Start location: 236 Lloyd Street, Enoggera (oval entrance next to Enoggera Fire Station)
Start time: Registration between 7-7:45am. Step off at 8:00am sharp.
Finish location: Musgrave Park, West End

In 2014, the Brisbane RAR Stomp for Support raised over $5,000 for Trojan's Trek. Trojan's Trek is a peer-to-peer rehabilitation program for Contemporary Veterans and in September 2014, ran their first ever all-female trek, in conjunction with the annual all-male trek. Initially started in the South Australian Flinders Ranges by a group of concerned Vietnam Veterans, the program has been running successfully for 7 years. In 2013, UniSA evaluated 6 years worth of comprehensive participant data. The results were classed as excellent, establishing new bench marks for peer support programs of this nature.

With a large Defence community present in Queensland, Trojan's Trek has recognised a need for a South East Queensland Program. In August 2015, Trojan's Trek will run its first South-East Queensland trek.
