In March 2015, The Big Bounce supported by Springfree Trampolines will launch in ACT, QLD, NSW, SA, VIC and WA to raise funds for people living with cystic fibrosis and promote the benefits of trampolining.
Exercise is very important for people living with cystic fibrosis, as it helps them to maintain a healthy heart and lungs, and improve overall fitness. It helps develop muscle strength, flexibility, decrease feelings of breathlessness and helps to clear mucus from the lungs, which can cause infection. For kids, trampolining is a fun and thrilling way to be active.
Supporters are invited to host a Big Bounce party, then invite families and friends and raise funds for cystic fibrosis or join the national cystic fibrosis community to reach 65,000 jumps together during March, by signing up and logging their bouncing.
