The annual Murray Rose Malabar Magic Ocean Swim is on Sunday 15 February, 2015. Participants in ‘The Magic’ can enter individually or as a team, and raise much needed funds for Rainbow Club through GoFundraise. The swim starts and finishes on Malabar Beach, join us for a fun, family day with lots of activities held throughout the morning!
Around 1000 swimmers are expected for the seventh year of ‘The Magic’, one of the most popular swims on the circuit. The ‘Magic’ is the only circuit in NSW that offers a Swimmer with a Disability Award, as part of the event.
The Rainbow Club provides swimming and recreational activities for hundreds of children with disabilities each week. ‘The Magic’ was initiated by the late, Olympic Great Murray Rose as a way to raise funds for not-for-profit charity, The Rainbow Club Australia, of which he was Patron.
