GBPT invites you to join us from Monday 9 February for a week filled with Fun Fitness Festivities for our Summer Open Week!! We are very excited to be launching GBPT Yoga during this week plus we will also be running some bootcamps for the Youth of the World Charity where 50% of all monies raised on the day will go to Charity.

Come along and learn some very useful information about how to improve your mind, health and fitness. Make sure you confirm your spot ASAP so that you don't miss any of the action. There will be many opportunities to win some fantastic prizes including FREE Personal or Group Training, supplements, and lucky door prizes (just to name a few) all provided by some of our affiliates and partners.

Bring a friend (or 2) for FREE to any or all of the sessions available below. Social support is one of the strongest predictors of sticking to your health goals and overall fitness success... plus it's a heap more fun working out with friends!

Monday 9 February

FREE Group CORE Fitness Training session - 5.30pm @ Botanic Gardens, Brisbane CBD

Bring a friend for free to this Group CORE Fitness Training session and increase your core strength along with your aerobic capacity! The starting point for any movement we humans make so it makes perfect sense to start the week by building some rock hard abbadabbas! It doesn't matter what your current strength or fitness is, this class is suitable for anyone!

Youth of the World Charity Bootcamp - 5.30pm @ Pine Rivers Park, Strathpine

You and your friends and family are invited to join us to help raise money for less fortunate youth across Australia and get into shape at the same time with our brand new charity Bootcamps.

We will also have fun giveaways, prizes, nibbles and drinks afterwards. Its only $20 each on the day each and you can leave feeling invigorated from your workout and good because you know $10 (50%) of your money is going to charity.

Because what's more important to our future than our kids.

FREE Yoga session - 6.30pm @ Albany Creek Community Centre, Albany Creek

We are extremely excited to announce the next step in the GBPT world of wellness!

The beautiful Alanna Hankey has joined with GBPT to launch the "Yoga with Alanna" program. This class will be FREE for all to come along and see what it's all about, all you have to do is register your spot. We have strictly limited places to a maximum of 20 people to ensure maximum quality of the class, so make sure you register or you might miss out!

Mental Nourishment Info Night, 6.30pm @ TBC

We are seriously excited to bring this mental nourishment night to you to help you learn more about yourself and how you can shift your habits through self talk. Everything you have in your life right now is a driect reflection of the way you think. The problem is most people run on default and don't actually think about their responses conciously. During this Free informative evening, we will focus on how you can become more aware of your thoughts and subsequent actions, and use it to take action into achieving your goals. 

Featuring some amazing guest speakers who have also been through their very own weight loss journey, this will be an event not to miss so secure your ticket before they run out!

Wednesday 11 February

FREE Yoga session - 6.30am @ Botanic Gardens, Brisbane CBD

We are extremely excited to announce the next step in the GBPT world of wellness!

The beautiful Alanna Hankey has joined with GBPT to launch the "Yoga with Alanna" program. This class will be FREE for all to come along and see what it's all about, all you have to do is register your spot. Grab a mate and bring them along for a guaranteed heart pumping, exciting boxing session and all while supporting a fantastic cause! This class features many exciting boxing, kickboxing and circuits drills that will maximise your calories burned! A GBPT client favourite event so make sure you get in quick for this one!

FREE Bodyweight Group Fitness session - 5.30pm @ Botanic Gardens, Brisbane CBD

Increase your functional strength and build lean muscle with your mates during this Bodyweight Group Fitness session. Learn the basics of bodyweight strength through calisthenics and how to control your body (muscles) to ensure you can work out pain free and also avoid any potential injuries. This is a bodyweight strength training session that get your body into great shape quickly. The best part is that anyone can do it!

FREE Super Sandbag Boot Camp session - 6.30am @ Kangaroo Point Cliffs

Are you training for Tough Mudder, Spartan Race or any of the obstacle course races? This is a training session not to be missed! Build your overall strength and stamina in this fantastic sandbag Boot Camp session set at the glorious Kangaroo Point Cliffs. Set your alarm and make sure you bring a friend along as they won't want to miss out on this either!
