Trivia with a Twist, a fabulous fundraising Friday night at the Paddo RSL raising much needed funds for the Bobby Goldsmith Foundation offering practical, emotional and financial support for people living with HIV.
The night will be hosted by the hilarious Portia Turbo and adorable Aunty Mavis with surprise special guests to be announced and great prizes to be won.
Portia is nearly 10,000 years old in gay years and has been working the world's screens, airwaves and stages since infancy. If you haven't heard of her you must be new here.
Aunty Mavis, part-president of the Lowlands Bowling Club and CWA cake connoisseur, is a cabaret icon having performed around Australia and internationally and will be demonstrating how to be a Lady with a Home and not a Woman with a House.
They will host several trivia rounds, conduct various fun and games, surprise you with very special live shows and be prepared for some silly interactive battles that will earn you extra points.
So tell your friends, book your table of eight or ten. Doors open 6.30pm. Battle begins 7.30pm. Have some fun, stretch your brains and support this great cause.
