FAQs
When and where is Check - In and Pick Up?
CHECK-IN
When: 3:30pm Friday January 23rd
Where: City Church
*Parents may drop off their students no earlier than 3pm Friday and check-in will begin promptly at 3:30pm
PICK UP
When: 12:00/Noon Sunday January 25th
Where: City Church
*Parking will be limited and all cars must park offsite at the Myer Entrance Car Park to the sunshine plaza
When does the Early Bird price expire? After that how much is it?
The Early Bird price expires on the 12th of December 2014, then the full price of camp is $125.
*Please note the final deadline for all camp registrations is the 9th of January, 2015 (two weeks prior to camp)
Can I pay in cash/cheque?
Cash payments will only be received in full at the church office during business hours (Tues-Fri) or at any of our Services (Friday 6pm | Sunday 10am & 5pm), registration however, is only available online. If you pay via cash you will be issued a Promo Code which you will enter during the online registration process.
What does my registration include?
Your registration will include; transport to and from camp, fully catered meals, comfortable cabin accommodation with restroom and shower facilities as well as all camp sessions & activities.
What if I cant afford it?
Fundraisers are planned in the lead up to camp, please contact Ps. Carey via carey@city-church.net to get involved if finances are a limiting factor in attending camp.
Who is Lucas Connell?
Lucas Connell is a passionate speaker in his mid thirties. Having been set free from a 10-year drug addiction and mental illness, it’s not hard to see why he shares his incredible story of deliverance and healing to audiences of every age group.
Lucas’ dramatic encounter with God, which led to his salvation, is now the hallmark of his ministry as he desires to help people experience the life changing presence of God.

What are the registration policies and age limits for Summer Camp?
Camp registration is open to all youth ages 12 - 20 years old and you are not registered until you have:
1 - Completed the online registration form on Eventbrite
2 - Made your full payment
This is a closed camp for youth attendees only. Anyone outside of the set age demographic can only register after receiving written approval from Ps. Carey on a volunteer basis. City Church reserves the right to refund any individuals who go outside of this policy.
Any un-registered individuals will not be permitted entrance to the camp for the safety & security of our campers. This includes parents of campers! In case of any emergencies City Church Staff will contact parents/guardians immediately.
*Adult volunteers must have an active Blue Card
What if I don't have access to the internet or a computer?
If you don't have access to the internet or a computer then please contact Ps. Carey during office hours (Tues-Fri) 9-5pm on: 5452 7161 and we will help you with the registration process.
