Overseas China Education Foundation (OCEF) Australia Chapter welcomes you to participate in the 2014 Race for Education, which promises to be bigger and better this year. Teams will race to pit-stops located around Melbourne's CBD following clues or via completing a variety of challenges. The team which reaches the final pit-stop first will be awarded for their efforts (and bragging rights!) .

Date: Saturday 6 December 
Meeting place: 
Carlton Gardens, next to the Royal Exhibition Building
Time: 
9.30 am – 1pm (9:30am registration for a 10am start)
What to bring:
 Phone/camera, Myki, water
Registration fee: 
$15 per person payable on the day
Online registration:
Individuals and teams of less than 4 will be combined to form a team of 4 or 5

Please note that when registering via the link, the event will appear as ‘Free’  we are only accepting payments on the day.
A light lunch will be provided to all participants once they complete the race. 
A participant's welcome pack will be sent to each team's nominated contact person post registration.
 
Payments collected on the day will fund various OCEF education projects in rural China and ensure that our chapter events are self-sustaining.
 
With a team of dedicated volunteers and with your help, we can make a real difference to the lives of underprivileged children in rural China. So for a fun-filled day and the opportunity to meet friends both new and old, grab a few people and let's race for education!
