CHRIS BALL - Entrepreneur, Adventurer, Total Legend
Chris Ball is an Australian adventurer and online travel entrepreneur, having founded travel site AdventureHoney.com.
He’s just cycled 2,000 kms from Seattle to San Francisco on $3 a day! As he rode he presented to colleges and corporations on the US west coast, raising awareness and money for local entrepreneurs in developing countries whose social business ideas can and are eliminating poverty.
Inspired by the people he met in some of the poorest parts of the planet, Chris will share his story and how the organisation he supports, Spark International, is eliminating poverty by “teaching people to fish instead of giving them fish.”
His story has been featured in national press and TV. This is your chance to hear his story, learn about the work of an amazing social enterprise and find out how you too can tap into your adventurous spirit to create change.
