When a girl is educated, she is empowered to claim her rights and help break the cycle of poverty. But what does it take to empower a girl to lead?
Please join us to hear Dame Quentin Bryce, Major General Simone Wilkie, Professor Catharine Lumby and Angus Dawson on a panel with Jenny Brockie as the facilitator to discuss what’s needed to change in society for girls to be leaders. What are the broader social dynamics that prevent girls from fulfilling their dreams, or even dreaming of leadership in the first place?
Plan aims to train 700 girls in business and entrepreneurship skills through fundraising at this event. Each ticket you purchase will provide a girl with the skills and education she needs in business to be an entrepreneur and lead a life of dignity.
