Register today for World Heart Day - Ride for Research and “ride around the world” as
together we ride 40,075kms in 29 days from September 1st for The Heart Research Institute!
Join us in Martin Place to ride the final leg of the Around the World Journey on stationary bikes on World Heart Day, on Monday 29th September!
There will be lots of entertainment, spin classes from 7.00am, team cheering, drink and snacks to keep your energy levels high and great prizes to be won !
We've seen Broome and Malaysia, we stopped to admire the view from one of the tallest buildings in the world, the Petronas Twin Towers in KL and now we are half way to the Taj Mahal – just over 2,000 kms to go!
So Get on ya Bike – whether it's a lot of kms or just a few a day – every bit will help to take us around the world … and in our global fight against Cardiovascular Disease !

NEED HELP TO TRACK YOUR DISTANCE ? JOIN OUR STRAVA CLUB - IT'S FREE !!
Join our Strava club at http://www.strava.com/clubs/ride_for_research then download the app to your iPhone, Android or GPS device and it will automatically track your rides.
I'M SPINNING or at the GYM
Just set the bike to show you how far you've gone during the session and upload the total to your page as you go –
We chose the distance of the world not only as it is “World” Heart Day – but to also highlight that our research travels far and wide. Heart Disease isn’t native to any one city, state or country. It is one of the world’s leading health problems. Our scientists travel far and wide to communicate what we’ve discovered… and how we believe it can advance the fight against heart disease.
As a rider in the World Heart Day - Ride for Research challenge, you will be riding individually or as part of a team and tracking the kilometres you ride online through your Everyday Hero page for the month of September.
