Newro Foundation's Brain Tumour Awareness Walk 2014
Newro Foundation annual walk is being held to coincide with the start of the International Brain Tumour Alliance's awareness week and add kilometers to help them in their aim to walk around the world. This year, it will be a 5 km run or walk along the Brisbane River with a sausage sizzle and other entertainment at the finish line.
Registration will begin at 7:30am and the race will commence at 8:30am.
The Newro Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation and registered charity seeking to develop New Ideas and New Research for New Hope in the fields of Neurology, Neurosurgery, Spinal surgery and the Neurosciences. Through our research, it is our goal to develop new treatments and improve the existing care of patients suffering neurological, neurosurgical and spinal conditions.
