The campaign to stop the destruction of the Leard State Forest and the construction of a massive coal mine needs your support more than ever!
Join us for a night of canapes, cocktails, stories and inspiration -- with all proceeds going straight to the front line to keep the fight for the forest strong.
Photographs from the The Wilderness Sociey's touring exhbition will be display and you'll hear from four moving speakers:
- Steven Laird -- whose family has been farming near the forest for 5 generations
- Pastor John Carroll - member of the Australian Religious Response to Climate Change
- Felicity Davis - Baywater resident and long time supporter of the campaign
- Adrian Cullen - Scotland Island and member of the 350.org Leard Forest team
There'll be plenty of opportunities to discuss the campaign and how you can become more involved.
