Charity Boot Camp
From 8am - 11am Step Into Life Trainers will run 2 hours of "bootcamp-style fitness" followed by 1 hour yoga session. The bootcamp session will be broken up into half hour segments:
1: CardioMax games and relays
2: ToneUp Tabata Style
3: Cardio Boxing
4: Step into Life Boot Camp Session.
You can try just one session or try all four across the 2hr window, or just come for the yoga…..or do everything over the 3 hours!
What to Bring:
* A big smile - exercise is more fun when you smile
* Comfortable clothes to exercise in
* Water Bottle
* Yoga Mat (If you have one)
The workout session will be followed up with a sausage sizzle and coffee time so stick around at the end and enjoy the Newcastle foreshore or walk across to Camp Shortland and enjoy the final day of Mattara Festival.
All proceeds raised will be given to support the A21 campaign. A21 campaign helps raise awareness of Human Trafficking, rescue and rehabilitate the victims, and prosecute the offenders of this growing industry.
