The annual Run for your Heart 5K Fun Run and Walk will be on Sunday 5th October 2014
‘Run for your Heart’ is in its 7th year and will be yet another fantastic day raising much needed funds for cardiac research, promoting heart health and leading an active lifestyle.
The first Sunday in October marks the beginning on day light saving and the perfect time dust off the winter woollies and get active.
So come along bring your friends, family and kids and ‘Run for your Heart’
