The CrossFit Gem 'Care for Cancer' Charity WOD is supporting The McGrath Foundation.
Everyone knows someone that has been touched by breast cancer. The McGrath Foundation does amazing work through funding McGrath Breast Care Nurses to take care of those fighting the battle.
Join us on Sunday 26th October and support The McGrath Foundation by doing what we love best. WOD!
